I highly recommend EZ HEAT Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

After receiving an estimate from another company, I decided to get a second opinion and called EZ HEAT. Skip came to my house, took the time to carefully measure everything, and made sure we were getting the correct size boiler instead of just guessing.

While inspecting the plumbing and determining what fittings would be needed for the installation, he noticed that the previous technician from Buckeye Horizon had not reassembled my ductwork correctly. That mistake was allowing carbon monoxide to leak into my laundry room—a serious safety hazard.

Skip immediately told me he wasn’t leaving until the problem was fixed. He called one of his technicians, explained exactly what was needed, and made sure the ductwork was repaired correctly. He didn’t charge me a single penny for diagnosing the issue or fixing the ductwork.

About a week later, my new boiler arrived, and the EZ HEAT crew had it professionally installed in about seven hours. They were knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about my family’s safety—not just making a sale.

It’s hard to find companies that go above and beyond the way they did. If you’re looking for honest, reasonably priced professionals who truly stand behind their work, I can’t recommend EZ HEAT Heating, Cooling & Plumbing enough. From the initial call Charlie was very professional, and explained all the details involved. Danielle was fantastic with setting up the appointment for us. After performing all the work being very thorough and efficiently clarifying all the steps along the way we're up and running. Great customer service. Called late afternoon and was able to on schedule early the next morning . Great communication about appointment time and even called that they were running a few mins (10-15 mins) behind schedule. Charles and Jayden were knowledgeable. Diagnosed my issue fast and were able to get me up and running in a very short time. They even checked over entire heating system for any other issues while here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We were the job from hell. A 70 plus abandoned church needing heating and cooling.

The job had many unexpected issues and delays, but all through it the guys keep up thier professionalism and good humor. With 0 extra cost to us.

When we noticed that there was a leak from the AC a few weeks later, the next day everyone was hands on deck getting to the bottom and fixing the issue.

Had a water heater installed by these guys and I couldn’t recommend more. They purchased a bigger size than I paid for, because that’s all the store had. The manager did not charge them for the bigger size, because the store didn’t have the normal size. EZ heat, in turn did not charge me.

They came to my house 3 times within 3 weeks to replace a noisy heating component from my hard water, and remove an anode. Super professional, family friendly. The older guy Skip was teaching his granddaughter how to install the water heater, which I really respected.

Listen…. If you’re reading this u have came to the right place… EZ heat is hands down the best heating, cooling and plumbing company in Mansfield. Charley has fixed multiple issues at my house. But the best thing about this company is the honesty and fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone

This company is the best in the area! I had an emergency situation at my home 2 weeks ago ( thanks to the Columbia Gas incident of too much ethyl capatan released... a gas leak was found!) Charlie and Jayden arrived within a few hours of getting a call for help! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and even made the emergent situation enjoyable at times! They completed some major work within several hours!! A truly hard working, dedicated company!! I highly recommend them!!

This was my first experience with EZ HEAT Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, but it won't be my last. I agree with many of the other reviews - they are the best in the area! Danielle is exceptional at customer service and very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Skip's knowledge is amazing, and I really appreciated his willingness to explain just about everything about how an electric boiler works to me. He ended up diagnosing my problem as a faulty flow switch, which he promptly showed me how to bypass (temporarily) in order to quickly get my heat working again. Pricing is fair and well worth it for the amount of expertise they bring to the table. Very Highly Recommended!!!

The team from EZ Heat done a great job installing our new furnace, central air and smart thermostat. They went above and beyond and made two return visits when we had other things come up that we thought were related to the install, but were not. They still took time out to their day (one even on a Sunday, late in the afternoon) to come ensure that everything was okay. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our furnace went out and when we called EZ heat they were very quick to get here, very honest, and reasonable with pricing. We were given many options and decided to go with replacing the furnace. He was out the next day to replace it for us. He had a partner come and he was just as genuine. I highly recommend and will be calling them with any future issues.

Our furnace was almost 30 years old and it was time to upgrade to heat our older, bigger farm house. These guys came to check out the problem, two days later had a brand new unit installed!

EZ Heat was great to work with. Very prompt and professional. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs I have.

The guys worked really hard, didn't cut corners, didn't make promises they couldn't keep, and charged just under what I expected to be charged.

They also went above expectations when it came to the finer details like cleanup, removal of the old furnace and replacing the thermostat. It made the whole process pretty easy for me.

The technician was able to get to my house the same day I called. His work was impeccable, efficient, and he didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. He stayed until everything was working to his standards. Our AC now runs better than it ever has before. I highly recommend EZ Heat!

Our heat has gone out a few times and we've always been given the runaround from other companies but a buddy referred us to EZ Heat and they got our furnance fixed properly. Professional and hardworking, don't even bother looking anywhere else, these guys are who you want!

These people are the bees knees! Honest, reliable, professional, down to earth and very fair priced! We have called them for major plumbing and to fix our heating. We had 2 other businesses service our furnace and we continued to have issues. EZ Heat came in and we haven't had any problems. Both times that we called they came right out and fixed the issue the first time. We had 2 other businesses tell us that they would have to cut out 1 to 2 additional holes in our wall to get the job done and EZ heat said that wouldn't be necessary and they stuck to that! They even cleaned up a big mess after fixing the plumbing. Great customer service! These people are not out to just take your money, they really want to help and do a great job. We will be calling them for any future issues. Thanks guys!

Found out I have a leak in my AC unit. Skip came out first thing Monday morning. He was super professional and explained everything he was doing. Was shocked when I got my bill, GREAT pricing. Will be using these guys again in the future.

These guys are 100% awesome. My whole house is heated by a boiler (old school heat 😂)
I was not getting heat on my 2nd floor or my 3rd floor both floors are where my children sleep. Within 45 minutes of calling, they were at my house and hard at work. Very professional, very respectful group. Got my boiler flushed and back up and running and their prices were so reasonable, I was so happy it didn't break the bank. I can not sing these guys enough praises, my 2 babies slept so good last night because the temperature was constant and not fluctuating. A+++++++ rating.

So thankful for this father-son team! They took my call at 6:30 this morning and were there promptly to troubleshoot our furnace. Charlie and Skip do amazing work!

Kind, honest, professional and hard working crew. We bought a home and the A/C went out the day we moved in. EZ came out and gave us an estimate and started to work on the Install that day. We recommend them and plan to use them for all of our future needs.

Charles was very helpful and response. After trying 2 other companies who strung us along and didn’t want to help us or call us back bc of our complicated AC/heating unit, we called EZ; they were at our house that day, and a week later everything was resolved and working great. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience with this company. my furnance wasnt working so i gave them a call, they came out within a couple hours to look at it. Had to replace the furnace so they came out the next day and had it hooked up and running in a few hours. Resonable pricing too!!! Will definitely use them again in the future.
